
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Finance, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana on the topic “Impact of Hybrid Work Culture on Employee Engagement in Software Industry – A Study of Select Undertakings”. She has over 8 years of teaching experience (since August 2016) along with 1 year of corporate exposure, and teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations Research, and other management subjects.
She has actively participated in Faculty Development Programs, Refresher Courses, and Workshops, and has contributed to academia with 15 research papers presented and published in National and International seminars, 3 journal publications, and a book chapter. Her research areas include emerging HRM trends, Artificial Intelligence in HR and Finance, Hybrid Work Models, Big Data Analytics, and Employee Well-being.
With a strong commitment to teaching, research, and continuous learning, she strives to create an engaging classroom environment and mentor students in both academics and career development. She firmly believes in the philosophy of lifelong learning and holistic development, with the intention of making meaningful contributions to the academic community and society at large.
